About us
The Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a multifunctional historical, memorial, cultural and educational complex that comprises a museum, an archive and a library.
The mission of the Presidential Center is to study and popularise the modern history of independent Kazakhstan through the lens of the institution of the presidency.
The collections of the Presidential Center hold unique documentary and material artefacts from the personal archives, libraries and belongings of the presidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Temirbolat Bakytzhan Berikbayevich
Director of the Presidential Center of the RK
Born on 10 December 1972. Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Political Science. Candidate of Political Sciences.
Began his career in 1998 at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the RK. From 2000 to 2019 he worked in the Presidential Administration of the RK (head of a sector of the Domestic Policy Department, chief inspector, deputy head of the Presidential Chancellery, head of the General Department). In 2019–2021 he was Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the RK; in 2021–2023, Director of the Library of the First President of the RK. Director of the Presidential Center of the RK since 2023.
Awarded the Kurmet and Parasat orders.
Abisheva Marian Asarovna
Deputy Director
Born on 23 January 1971. Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Candidate of Political Sciences.
Worked at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as deputy director for research at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the RK, in the Analytical Department of the Security Council, at Samruk-Kazyna JSC and at the Library of the First President of the RK. In 2018–2022 she was Director of the Diplomacy Institute of the Academy of Public Administration; in 2024–2025, a leading researcher at the Presidential Center. Deputy Director since 2025.
Member of the Expert Council of the Security Council of the RK. Awarded the Eren enbegi ushin medal.
Zhukenov Dulat Amantayevich
Deputy Director
Born on 9 June 1975. Graduated from Y. A. Buketov Karaganda State University with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Economics. Master of Management (Lomonosov Moscow State University).
Worked in the office of the Akim of Akmola Region, the Presidential Administration, the Prime Minister's Chancellery, the Security Council, the Presidential Property Management Department of the RK and the Ministry of Culture and Sports. In 2021–2023 he was Deputy Director of the Library of the First President of the RK. Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the RK since 2023.
Kaipova Botagoz Muttakhidenovna
Deputy Director
Born on 27 December 1971. Graduated from S. Seifullin Akmola Pedagogical University with a degree in History and Social Pedagogy. Candidate of Historical Sciences.
Worked at L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, the Academy of Public Administration and the Presidential Administration of the RK. In 2008–2021 she was Deputy Director of the Museum of the First President of the RK; in 2021–2023, Deputy Director of the Library of the First President of the RK. Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the RK since 2023.
Awarded the Eren enbegi ushin medal and the Kurmet order.
