The Presidential Center has gift shops offering exclusive designer items created on the basis of the historical, cultural and artistic heritage of Kazakhstan.
Residents and guests of the capital are offered works of decorative and applied art by well-known Kazakhstani craftspeople, in which traditional forms and motifs receive a contemporary artistic interpretation. The range includes jewellery, musical instruments, elements of national dress and traditional tableware made of silver, leather, wood, metal and other materials. Each item keeps its link with cultural traditions while reflecting the features of contemporary designer work.
A separate line consists of copies of historical maps, reproductions of ethnographic sketches and academic atlases based on the results of scholarly research. They make it possible to turn to the visual sources of the past and to picture the historical images and evidence of the material culture of the Kazakh people.
A branded line bearing the symbols of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan is also presented here: notebooks, pens, mugs, baseball caps, T-shirts and more. The restrained design combines practicality with contemporary aesthetics and helps to keep the impressions of a visit to the Presidential Center.
The gift shops are a natural continuation of the exhibition space of the museum and the Gallery of Historical Maps of Kazakhstan, providing a link between historical heritage, contemporary art and national identity.

A reconstruction of the headdress of Kultegin — an outstanding military leader and commander of the Western Turkic Khaganate who lived in the 7th–8th centuries.
The appearance of the headdress was restored on the basis of the study of historical and pictorial sources connected with the Kultegin memorial complex in Mongolia.
In ancient Turkic culture a headdress was not only an element of costume but also an important sign of social position, power and military status.
